This notice describes what this website actually does with information. It covers the website only — once you become a customer, the garage keeps its own records of the work.

What this website does not do
- There are no customer accounts, sign-ups or logins for visitors.
- There is no enquiry form that stores your details. Nothing you type into the enquiry helper is saved on this website.
- There is no online payment, checkout or booking engine.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking technologies are installed, and this website does not set cookies for visitors.
The enquiry helper on the contact page
The helper builds a message in your own browser from the options you choose and anything you type. That text is held in the page while it is open. It is not sent to our server, not written to your device's storage, not added to the web address and not logged.
When you press “Continue to WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with the message filled in. Nothing reaches us until you press send inside WhatsApp. If you copy the message instead, nothing is sent at all.
Links to other services
Calling us uses your phone's dialler. WhatsApp messages, Google Maps directions and our Instagram profile open websites run by those companies. Once you are there, their own privacy policies and cookies apply, and we only see what you choose to send us.
Signing in to manage the site
Only the people who maintain this website's content sign in, and only to edit the pages and prices. Signing in stores a session token in that person's browser so they do not have to sign in on every page. No visitor information is involved.
Technical information
The website is hosted on a website platform, which necessarily processes technical information such as the request address and browser type in order to deliver pages and keep the service secure. We do not use it to identify individual visitors or to build profiles.
Your rights
Because this website does not store visitor information, there is usually nothing held about you to access or delete. If you have contacted us directly and want to know what we hold, ask us and we will tell you. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If this changes
If analytics or a form that stores enquiries is ever added, this notice and the cookie page will be updated before those technologies are switched on, and a consent choice will be offered where one is needed.
