We explain before we replace
A fault code or a new noise is only the start of the conversation. We tell you what we actually found, what it means for your car in plain English, and what your options are. Then it is your call.

We agree the price first
Our starting prices are on this site, so there are no nasty surprises waiting for you. We confirm the exact total for your car before anything is booked, and we come and ask if something else needs doing.

We talk like people
No assumed knowledge and no pressure. If you would rather talk it through on the phone than type a message, that is just as good. Ask us to explain something twice and we will.
What we do all day
- MOT
- Class 4 MOT testing for most cars and light vans, with a clear explanation of any advisories or failure items.
- Car servicing
- Oil and filter changes through to a major service, with the work listed in plain English before you book.
- Diagnostics
- Fault-code scans and up to an hour of investigation when a warning light or running problem needs proper testing.
- Repairs & maintenance
- Brakes, suspension, clutch, cooling, exhausts and electrical faults, quoted against your actual vehicle.
Between us we have seen most of what a car can throw at you, so nothing here is a first for us. Prices for each of these are published on the prices page. Repair work is quoted for your vehicle.
